We proudly serve Cass, Clay, Jackson, Johnson, Platte, Ray, Wyandotte counties. Donations may be dropped off at our headquarter of operations located at the address below:

IMPORTANT UPDATES
Distribution dates for organizations will be assigned for December 14th–19th. An official email with your assigned date and instructions will be required for base access. Organizations without this email will be turned away at the gate. Access will be through the Bales Avenue gate at our Headquarters address.

2026 Key Dates
Host a Toys for Tots Event (Local Businesses & Organizations):
-October 1, 2026
All event requests must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to that event.
Application Opens (Individual Families & Non-Profits/Agencies/ Single Family):
-October 1, 2026
Organizations please only request one toy per child so that we may get toys to all that are requesting.
Agency / Non-Profit / Single Family Application Deadline:
-October 1, 2026
Please be patient as this new season kicks off, as we are still getting situated and making preparations. The following information should answer your questions, if it does not, please shoot us an email. If you do not immediately hear back from us, again, PLEASE be patient. Please check back regularly for updates. Timeline adjustments may occur as the campaign progresses.

For Individual Families :
All individual family requests must be submitted online between October 1 and November 1. Please register early to ensure timely processing. Registration does not guarantee toy support.
For Non-Profits, Agencies, and Churches:
Organizations requesting toys must:
Be an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Below is the link we use to review the applications. You can self check and see if the number you use on the application shows up. If you do not see your organization, then the application will be denied by the Marines during the approval process.

After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with a control number. This control number must be included in the subject line of all future correspondence.
Important Notes:
-Submitting a request does not guarantee that your application will be approved.
-We do our best to accommodate as many qualified non-profits and organizations as possible, but approvals are based on toy availability, documentation, and compliance with guidelines.
-The application system will not accept toy requests exceeding 200 total toys.
-Incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected requests may be automatically recorded as zero.
-All applications must be submitted no later than November 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.
Before Submitting:
-Double-check that your email, phone number, secondary contact (if applicable), and toy totals are placed in the correct fields.
-Ensure your event date is accurate (Note: this does not determine priority or guarantee delivery by that date).
-The total number of toys must be entered correctly under “total number of boys” and/or “total number of girls” — entries in the
wrong fields will be recorded as zero.
-No changes can be made once your request is submitted.
-If we have questions or issues with your request, we will contact you via email. Approval and pickup details will only be confirmed after the registration period closes.
